The National FFA Conventon
The National FFA Convention is a time for more than 50,000 FFA members and guests to converge upon the city of Indianapolis, IN to celebrate the accomplishments, vision and future of the organization. Students, teachers and guests will visit Conseco Fieldhouse, the RCA Dome, the Indiana Convention Center and the Indiana State Fairgrounds and countless tours around the city and state. There are exciting general sessions with motivational speakers, special guests and FFA members from around the nation who will be recognized for their outstanding achievements. Other highlights will include the career show, leadership development workshops for students and advisors, and the National Days of Service. Students are given a variety of ways to learn about themselves and the organization. The ultimate goal of the convention is for participants to take back to their homes and communities a renewed sense of what it means to lead, set examples for others and serve.
